Is SideStacks free to use?
Yes. SideStacks has a free tier with no credit card required. A Pro subscription unlocks full transaction history, advanced analytics, and receipt attachments.
Does SideStacks support GST and BAS?
Yes. Australian users can enable Australia mode to get GST calculations, BAS summaries, ATO mileage rates, and Australian financial year reporting.
Is my financial data secure?
Your data is stored in Google Firebase with encryption at rest and in transit. Bank credentials are never seen or stored by SideStacks — bank connections use TrueLayer’s secure OAuth2 flow. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). You can cancel anytime through your device’s subscription settings. You will retain Pro access until the end of the billing period.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. You can request account deletion by emailing us at [email protected]. We will delete your data from active systems within 30 days.
Is SideStacks available on iOS?
SideStacks is currently available on Android. An iOS version is in development.
